Shared calendar exchange 2016 not updating


This post will detail some of these features and how they work in Fantastical 2.2.

In-app account management In a change from older versions of Fantastical, you now need to sign into Exchange directly in Fantastical’s Preferences instead of via Apple’s Calendar app.

Note: Your shared calendar will be synchronized automatically after it was edited by others.

First things first, Fantastical 2.2.1 is now available and is a recommended update.


Alternatively, click the "Send/Receive All Folders" button, or press "F9", to update all folders configured in Outlook. Enter a date and time into the fields next to "Start Time" and "End Time" to schedule the appointment.For example, you can enter "Today," "Two Weeks from Tomorrow" or the date in any recognized format such as "1/1/2015." Clicking the calendar icon enables you to select a date from the calendar.Alternatively, you can set the date and then check the box next to "All Day Event" to change the appointment into an all-day event. Click the "Show As" drop-down menu in the Options group of the Appointment ribbon, and then select how your time will be marked on your calendar.But on some calendars where the Properties are set to User = Default, Role = Free/Busy, time, subject, location (i.e.

the owner of the calendar doesn't want me to see the notes on the meeting), I can't see any appointments at all. When I use Outlook 2013 on Windows with the same account, I can see the calendar entries for that use just fine.

Allowing others to edit your shared calendar is a good way to adjust the appointment in order to suit for others agenda.
